Spanish Ranch #1 is a 462-space all-age mobile home park located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area in the city of Hayward. The park was built in two phases. Phase I (240 spaces) was built in 1970 and Phase II (222 spaces) was built in 1971. The property is situated on approximately 52.07 acres. Park amenities include an 8,700 square foot community center which includes a swimming pool and a covered hot tub with an exterior shower near the hot tub. Adjacent to the pool area is a built-in brick barbeque available for the residents’ use. Community center facilities are available for use by all Park residents. In 2013, the streets in Phase II were replaced along with a street seal on Phase I. This is the largest MHP in the entire Oakland MSA.
